I love Gershwin. I also love stumbling upon awesome scenes in random gardens. My summer is plodding, that whole stuck indoors all day thing when the sun is out and begging to be played in...
Gershwin works for me ~ and it's winter. A man for all seasons. {Will you cry if I tell you Colin Firth is out here filming and was just 40 minutes from me the other day, as I discovered uselessly after the event.}
I like to think of this blog as a virtual sort of spa day or night out with friends. We relax, we laugh, and we get a little perspective from the goddesses and wise women who've come before us. So exhale, slip off your shoes, and turn off the phone. It's time to Begin Again.
Buy The Goddess Lounge ebook for only $2.99 and the paperback for only $9.99. What an amazing deal!
A story of love, motherhood, a lot of dogs, tons of traffic, a few modern-day monsters, and a little divine intervention.

I didn't know Venus had a biplane.
Looks like she's trying to protect her sensitive parts from being hit by that propeller.
Por, Venus she gets no respect.

My summer IS sparkling--hanging out with my writer buddies helps, even if it is merely virtual--and requires proof of not being a robot.
Petrea: Wow! Venus is more daring than I even imagined.
A goddess can do just about anything when she conquers self-doubt.
Looks like Venus has got the "buzz" :-). Fun photo.
And thanks for the Gershwin; he's one of my favs!
I was your great idea, Deb. thanks.
Our summer is certainly sizzling and sparkling!!

Ella always helps.
Like the juxtaposition.
Love that photo and the sultry song. Felt like I was visiting Hiker for a second.
